Product Description

The 20GH1JD1KJ0N4NNNNN system integrates a 20GH Servo Motor with high-precision K0JN4 Motor Encoder, driven by the GH1J Drive Controller. Designed for industrial automation, CNC machinery, and robotic applications, it operates at 24-48VDC with a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. The drive controller features 4 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, and supports EtherCAT/CANopen communication, enabling seamless integration with PLCs and up to 8 daisy-chained modules. The 20GH motor delivers 0.001mm positioning accuracy via the K0JN4 encoder's 20-bit resolution, with a maximum detection distance of 1.5m for feedback systems. Compact in design (140×90×40mm), it offers IP65 protection, rapid torque response (0-3000rpm in 50ms), and energy-efficient operation. While providing exceptional repeatability and 90% peak efficiency, its complex parameter tuning requires specialized software expertise. The system includes a 2.4" diagnostic interface for real-time monitoring.
